Introduction

This course allows the participants to have an understanding of how senior Executives or Entrepreneurs manage business strategies. The course requires participants to think critically on real-life issues facing organizations in uncertain environment.

Case studies and examples will be drawn from both large and SMEs (small and medium enterprises), and from Asians and international organizations. Participants are encouraged to engage in higher-order logical thinking as well as entrepreneurial approaches.

Course objectives

To allow participants to have an understanding of the process in which business strategy is crafted, implemented and managed within a volatile environment.
